The melty, gooey center of this cake is the perfect treat to end your Valentine’s Day meal


  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Health Garden Honey Sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp no sugar added cocoa powder

How to make

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease 4 ramekin with coconut oil and dusty with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a large bowl in the microwave. Be sure to heat it in increments of 15 seconds, stirring in between, so the chocolate doesn’t burn. You can also melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Once melt, set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, honey, vanilla and salt. Mix with a hand blender for 4-5 minutes until frothy. Then gently fold in the melted chocolate. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the top and fold to combine all ingredients.
  4. Divide batter among the 4 ramekins. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm
