This is my second order. The price is great and so is the product. This does not pack together like regular brown sugar, but it serves all my needs well. Thank you.

Question
What is the ratio of erythritol to monk fruit powder. On the ingredients list, it says serving size is 4g and under erythritol it says there is 4g. I don't see a quantity or ratio stated for monk fruit. I already have this product available to me for reasonable price at Costco and Grocery Outlet, but why I'm searching the web today is to find a product made predominantly of monk fruit. Madhavi asked on March 6, 2022
Answer
Hello, its our proprietary mix which measures and tastes like sugar. We don't publicize the exact measurements. Thanks! Yossi Katz answered on May 23, 2022 store managerstore manager
