What is your role at Health Garden USA and how long have you been working for the company?

I’m the Chief Operation Officer, I have been working at Health Garden almost one year and my role is to make sure the daily operation of the company runs smoothly.

Which of Health Garden USA products do you use the most?

I would say… Stevia , Monk fruit and Ketchup.

Do you use Health Garden USA products for cooking? What recipes have you prepared?

I use them all the time! I made pancakes and waffles using the Agave’s and honey, I use Stevia and Monkfruit for my morning coffee, hot chocolate and smoothies. Ketchup is great for salty recipes and I love coconut sugar in oatmeal. In my spare time, over the weekend, I bake using the baking sweetener and confectioners sweetener.

What is the personal recommendation you would give to cut sugar?

Knowledge: Know that sugar is bad for you. It leads to obesity , causes tooth decay and is the #1 cause for diabetes.
